BOOKING PROCEDURE:

• To complete the reservation must enter the bank account and a paid corresponding to 25% of the total price of the stay signal.
• Tourist tax (0,50 € per person and night) not included in the price. It will be paid in cash upon arrival at the house.
• The remaining amount will be paid during the stay at the accommodation.
• The accommodation will be occupied only by the number of reserved people.
• No card payment is accepted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• This accommodation is rented entirely (the whole house).
• Pets are not allowed.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:

• For reservations for weekend:
• Friday takes (time to be arranged).
• Departure: Sunday before 12:00 (other options to be agreed).
• Booking whole week:
• Monday at noon from 16:00.
• Departure: Sunday before 10:00.

Other times by arrangement.

CANCELLATION:

According to Decree 159/2012 of 20 November on tourist accommodation establishments and homes for tourist use of the Catalan cancellations the following scheme applies:

The cancellation made by the customer within ten days prior to arrival date results in the following penalties:

• Reserve for two days or less, 50% of the total price of stay.
• Reserve for more than two days and up to seven days, 35% of the total price of stay.
• Reserve for more than seven days, 25% of the total price of stay.

The above penalties do not apply when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly accredited. The customer is entitled to cancel the confirmed reservation, without penalty, provided it is done within ten days prior to arrival.
